Yes – by supporting the fundraising campaign "For Klánovice Forest" or by a significant financial donation, the amount of which is always chosen according to one’s own possibilities.

What amount is significant?

Any amount of money you send is significant! Trying to preserve the integrity of Klánovice Forest, we fight with a strong opponent. The investor promoting the golf course has incomparably greater financial resources than our association. That is why we have launched the fundraising campaign "For Klánovice Forest". We want to raise the amount of CZK 3 million, which we are going to use effectively to pay lawyers, professional advisers, to fund work on studies and for any other activities related to saving the forest. We have realised that the amateur and voluntary work cannot be sufficient to win the battle for the forest – we need a professional team that would work on rescuing the forest full-time. Therefore, we need the significant amount from you as well.

How will the funds be used?

Fundraising campaign "For Klánovice Forest" is intended to finance the rescue of the integrity of Klánovice Forest, the largest one in the territory of Prague. This integrity is in danger due to the plan to build a golf course of the total area of 1 290 000 sq.m., for which purpose more than 70 000 m2 of healthy forest should be cut down. Raised funds are intended to be used for:

• Legal assistance in administrative proceedings
• Work on expert studies (EIA, administrative proceedings etc.)
• Publicity and information activities related to Klánovice Forest
• Other activities to help to preserve the integrity of Klánovice Forest, to be decided upon by the Committee of our association
